Vijay Dixit traded his professional career with social advocacy after a distracted driver killed his 19-year-old daughter, Shreya on November 1, 2007. Vijay and his wife Rekha and their surviving daughter Nayha established Shreya R. Dixit Memorial Foundation, a non-profit with the mission to transform the driving culture in the nation.
